Nikunj Patel is a corporate finance professional with over 17 years of experience in fundraising, real estate Financial structuring, debt restructuring, and strategic finance. He has successfully led capital-raising transactions exceeding USD 1.25 billion from capital markets, including the largest-ever Green Sukuk issued by a UAE real estate developer — listed on the London Stock Exchange and NASDAQ Dubai — and bilateral banking facilities in excess of USD 2 billion.

Prior to founding NorthEast Strategic Advisors, Nikunj served as Chief Financial Officer of a multi-billion-dollar real estate & construction group, rated by leading international credit rating agencies, where he played a pivotal role in shaping the company's financial strategy, capital structure, and funding initiatives.

He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Certified Business Valuer from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, and is the Founder & Managing Partner of NorthEast Strategic Advisors — a UAE-based boutique financial advisory firm specialising in capital raising, corporate finance, restructuring, and strategic advisory services.
